    How do I do an exchange or return?
    Local Transactions
    • We accept exchange of faulty items or if the size doesn't fit, subject to size availability.
    • Firstly, please notify us via customerlove@shop-melon.com within 2 days upon receipt of parcel.
    • Secondly, please return your parcel to Melon via registered mail (recommended) at own cost within 7 days from final acknowledgement by customerlove@shop-melon.com.
    • In the unfortunate instance where the replacement of the faulty item is no longer available, we will do a full refund within 7 working days.
    • If the replacement of faulty item is available and ready, we will return it via local courier. 

     

    International Transactions

    • We only accept return for faulty items.
    • Firstly, please notify us via customerlove@shop-melon.com within 3 days upon receipt of parcel.
    • Secondly, please return your parcel to Melon via registered mail (recommended) at own cost within 7 days from final acknowledgement by customerlove@shop-melon.com.
