Credits in Melon Gift Card are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, and applicable on all items online. This gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
We will email the Gift Card to you, which includes the instructions to redeem them at checkout.

For courier delivery in Singapore, it will be FREE with a minimum SGD80 spend. If not, it will be a flat fee of $3.80 per courier delivery. Delivery will take 1 - 3 working days upon the receipt of your order confirmation email.

For international shipping, please refer to below table for details. The shipping fee paid upon checkout is not inclusive of customs and import duties. Our courier partner will get in touch with you if there are any duties to be paid. - We accept exchange of faulty items or if the size doesn't fit, subject to size availability.
- Firstly, please notify us via customerlove@shop-melon.com within 2 days upon receipt of parcel.
- Secondly, please return your parcel to Melon via registered mail (recommended) at own cost within 7 days from final acknowledgement by customerlove@shop-melon.com.
- In the unfortunate instance where the replacement of the faulty item is no longer available, we will do a full refund within 7 working days.
- If the replacement of faulty item is available and ready, we will return it via local courier.
International Transactions
- We only accept return for faulty items.
- Firstly, please notify us via customerlove@shop-melon.com within 3 days upon receipt of parcel.
- Secondly, please return your parcel to Melon via registered mail (recommended) at own cost within 7 days from final acknowledgement by customerlove@shop-melon.com.
